As Director of Strategic Services, Jamie ensures all processes are streamlined and running smoothly. With high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Jamie has a proven track record of providing strategic insight and establishing best practices and efficient workflows within the agency setting.

Jamie has more than 16 years of experience in the agency world. From project management to client management to operations, Jamie has worn many hats over the course of her career. Jamie holds a B.S. in marketing from Messiah University.

When not in the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running, reading, and the occasional jigsaw puzzle.
