Joel Rishel

After nine years in Christian publishing and almost 20 years in church leadership, Joel brings a passion to help organizations and ministries energize their mission. Joel loves leveraging his skills and experience to serve clients with big-picture vision and detail alignment, resulting in growth and success.

Joel has a communications degree from Grove City College and an MDiv from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary. In his spare time, Joel invests in his side business developing devotional books for Christian camp staff.

Joel and his wife Cindy have four boys: Lucas, Martin, Jude, and Lander. Joel loves to spend time with his family, get lost in a good book, sip strong coffee, enjoy the great outdoors, and tackle do-it-yourself home projects that are way over his head. Did we mention that he likes to read?
